Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Guardian Flight, a leader in air medical transportation, is seeking a detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Technician to ensure our fleet of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety and readiness. The successful candidate will join our team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and rapid response for medical emergencies. This role requires technical expertise in aircraft systems, a high level of precision, and a commitment to adhering to strict regulatory and company standards. Perform routine aircraft maintenance and inspections in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot and repair aircraft components and systems, including engines, hydraulics, avionics, and airframes. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements. Collaborate with engineering and flight operations teams to optimize aircraft availability and performance. Engage in ongoing technical training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and safety protocols. Ensure that all work performed on aircraft meets the standards necessary for safety and efficiency. Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical aircraft systems. Strong familiarity with aviation tools and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions in emergency situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
