Warehouse Support at Home Depot

Associates in a Warehouse Support role may perform activities related to scheduling inbound and / or outbound activities in the Distribution Center; ensure inventory accuracy within the processing areas, system, and process quality as well as vendor compliance and / or outbound shipment to our stores. They may also perform required administrative and general office / clerical duties in support of a particular functional area within the DC. Some Support roles may be responsible for ensuring the DC has required functioning hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little / some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. These roles will build relationships with internal Suppliers / customers and internal functional groups at the DC to drive quality and accuracy within the DC and service stores. Following Home Depot safety policies and procedures is of great importance in these positions.

• Asset Protection Auditor - $24.00
• DC Admin Assistant - $24.00
• DC General Maintenance Associate - $22.50
• DC General Office Associate - $22.50
• DC HR Coordinator - $24.00
• DC Inventory Control Associate - $24.00
• DC Systems Coordinator - $24.00

Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; PT will be eligible for 20 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; Temporary associates are not eligible for vacation benefits.

Sick time (Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma) : Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; PT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.

Sick time (Seattle) : Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; PT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.

Available positions may vary depending on business need. Pay is dependent on the position offered and market location, and may vary depending on the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and availability.
