Physical Therapist

Join Advantage PT at our Sammamish location, located conveniently near Pine Lake. Our location allows for a short commute time from most places on the east side of Lake Washington. Our highly active and educated patient population is fun to treat and provides a mix of age, surgical, and direct access patients. With our one-on-one treatment model, you will never be double-booked, allowing you to provide quality care while building lasting relationships with your patients. In addition, our administrative staff provides wonderful support, so you can focus on treatment!

We offer you :

• 45-minute, one-on-one treatment for evaluations and follow-ups.
• Choose your own schedule. We offer both 4x10 and 5x8 schedules.
• Clinical Mentorship program- Weekly meetings with other therapists to discuss new treatments, difficult patients, or any other questions!
• Compensation from $85,000 to $105,000 annually, which includes bonus opportunity every pay period(let us show you how to make over $100,000, even as a new grad!).
• $2,000 signing bonus (or relocation bonus).
• Health benefits.
• $2,000 annual continuing education allowance.
• Vacation and Sick Pay.
• Full administrative support. We help you grow and manage your own caseload.
• Your own Private Treatment Room and open Gym Space.
• Opportunities to pursue mentorship of your own- including becoming a CI for one of our affiliated PT schools.
• Use of Prompt EMR, making documentation a breeze.
• Liability Insurance under the company's policy.
• Access to gym space outside of clinic hours for personal workouts.
