What You'll Do :

• Support the Disbursement Accounting Department with balancing closing files and reconciling funds
• Perform high-volume data entry and title updates across multiple systems (ResWare, RamQuest)
• Review daily reports, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile transactions as needed
• Communicate with closing teams and clients to ensure accurate disbursement processing
