The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing innovative strategies to foster a vibrant global community, serving as the project's central pulse, and ensuring that community initiatives are in harmony with the project's development and vision. Key responsibilities include strategy and growth, program leadership, cross-organizational alignment, event hosting, sentiment and feedback management, team building, and risk management. Applicants for the Head of Community role at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of building and scaling communities, ambassador programs, and engagement campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of crypto culture, fluency in its narratives, and a strong technical grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized systems. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strategic, analytical approach to community management. Leadership qualities such as empathy, curiosity, and the ability to motivate teams are essential. While not mandatory, experience in an early-stage startup or Web3 protocol, as well as proficiency in community platforms and social tools, are considered advantageous.
