Job Description

Oversee all phases of ground-up construction for big box retail projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery. Conduct daily site walks, monitor progress, and resolve field issues. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Travel to project sites across the U.S., staying on location for the duration of each build.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in ground-up construction of big box retail projects. Minimum 3-4 years in a superintendent or similar leadership role. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and safety standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Physically able to walk and inspect active construction sites daily. Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods.
