Director, Product Management

We are seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our telecommunications organization. This executive role requires a strategic and influential leader who possesses both exceptional product management acumen and extensive networking capabilities across internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate proposed products, articulate data-supported logic for feature development, and guide decisions that align with market demand and corporate strategy. The Director will oversee complex program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to schedule, and delivery to the highest quality standards. This leader will drive cross-departmental collaboration, manage risk, and foster operational excellence to advance the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities :

• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
• Responsible for all aspects of product development, launch, obsolescence, positioning, pricing, and promotion.
• Create and execute business plans which maximize growth and diversification potential, including competitive threats and opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend distribution channel development programs.
• Oversee development and production of collateral materials.
• Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitor competitive products and marketing activities.
• Oversee development and maintenance of customer database.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
• Conduct surveys on current and new product concepts and provide feedback for future product development.
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Communicate and interface with customers consistently.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Chatsworth, CA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $220000.00 / yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
