The Mayor's Office is seeking an exceptional procurement professional to serve as the Deputy Agency Chief Contracting Officer (Deputy ACCO), assisting the Agency Chief Contracting Officer (ACCO) in overseeing Mayor's office contracts. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess extensive expertise in managing City procurements, including reviewing, approving, and executing documents on behalf of the ACCO. Candidates should be highly motivated and capable of retaining and communicating the big picture without compromising attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications :
A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three years satisfactory full-time experience related to the projects and policies to be studied in the particular position.

Residency Requirement :
New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County. To determine if the residency requirement applies to you, please discuss with the agency representative at the time of interview.
