Job Title : Digital Marketing CRM Manager
Schedule : 4 days in office (Mon–Thurs), 1 remote (Friday)
Summary
The Digital Marketing CRM Manager leads market research efforts to assess potential sales opportunities across local, regional, and national markets. This role gathers competitive intelligence and develops marketing and distribution strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day CRM communications calendar and execution across Home Appliance categories
- Optimize campaign performance through testing, segmentation, and data modeling
- Align CRM creative with IMC for consumer-centric messaging and conversion
- Partner with corporate marketing to ensure campaign prioritization and governance compliance
- Execute CRM campaigns via JIRA with agency partners
- Identify process efficiencies and propose innovative solutions
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors
- Develop pricing strategies and evaluate financial aspects of product development
- Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff
- Use forecasting and strategic planning to ensure profitability

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent training8–10 years of related experience
