Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Present and explain insurance policy options, including home, auto, and life insurance, to potential clients.
• Close sales and ensure proper completion of applications and documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Both personally and as a team.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on insurance matters.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal insurance regulations.
• Complete required training and continuing education courses.
