The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Director Workforce Systems. The Assistant Director - Workforce Systems provides strategic and operational leadership for workforce management technologies, including enterprise-wide scheduling, time tracking, and productivity platforms. This role directly oversees a team of information services managers, system architects, analysts, and technical staff who support the configuration, optimization, and user adoption of cloud-based workforce systems across the healthcare system. The incumbent plays a key leadership role in ensuring the alignment of workforce technology with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and employee engagement priorities. A strong focus is placed on cross-functional collaboration with Human Resources, Payroll, Nursing, and Operations to ensure workforce systems meet organizational needs at scale.
