The Student Affairs Operations Work Study Assistant will assist various teams by providing administrative support for programs, services, and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Filing
• Scanning preparation
• Managing data reports
• Assist with research requests
• Assist with special projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :

• Must be a current Franklin student, and have Federal Work Study eligibility
• Dependable
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with highly confidential documents and information

Due to the level of training involved, would like the candidate to be able to work at least a year in the position.

Ideal candidate must be able to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
