Senior Technology Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Operations Lead to anchor the operating system of its technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain engineering metrics, including OKRs and DORA metrics, to improve operational transparency

Define and run the technology planning calendar, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams

Prepare executive communications and materials for leadership, including technology updates and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Technology / Engineering Operations or Technical Program Management within software / SaaS

Proven experience with implementing OKRs, DORA metrics, and Golden Signals

Strong judgment and discretion with the ability to draft communications for leadership

Experience in facilitating quarterly planning at the engineering organization level

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and observability / reporting tools like Datadog and Grafana
