Substitute paraprofessionals support instructional continuity in schools by stepping into essential classroom roles. This temporary support position allows individuals to assist in both general education and specialized learning environments on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications & Experience :

Completion of high school or equivalent credential

Experience working with children or young adults preferred

Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in school environments

Ability to follow directions and support classroom goals

Must pass fingerprinting and health screenings

Responsibilities :

Support teachers in classroom instruction, organization, and supervision

Assist with student engagement, focus, and behavior

Provide help to students during individual or group learning activities

Follow all school safety and confidentiality guidelines

Collaborate with staff to meet student needs
