Responsible for managing the I-9 process for all U.S. and Puerto Rico new hires
Required documentation review and oversight to ensure valid and compliant
Entry of I-9 information into vendor system to process through E-Verify
Monitor GMB for remote hire documentation
Monitor HR Service Now for inquiries regarding I-9 processing
Partner with Vendor and other HR Service Center teammates to evaluate continuous improvement opportunities in the I-9 space that focus on improved customer experience and compliance
Processes weekly I-9 audit to monitor compliance
Manages escalations with Managers and HR business partners related to past due I-9 completion
