Join our dynamic team as a Professional Services Team Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact analytics and consulting services to our insurance clients. This role combines hands-on analytical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of consultants while also engaging directly with clients to implement data-driven pricing strategies using our cutting-edge software.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of professional services consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery of analytics and software implementation projects. You’ll foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions. You’ll guide them through the use of our software for data extraction, model development, and pricing strategy optimization.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to assess risk and customer demand, supporting pricing strategies across multiple lines of business. Your work will directly influence client profitability and competitiveness.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding support to new users, ensuring they are confident and capable in using our platform. You’ll also provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
