Education
Required
Bachelors or better in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Preferred
Masters or better in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Experience
Required
Working knowledge of early childhood development, child care regulations, quality indicators, curriculum, assessment, and community resources.
Experience coaching adults, applying adult learning principles
Proficiency with various technology platforms and applications used in designing and facilitating professional development.
5 years : Experience working directly with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in an early childhood setting.
