A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative - Remote Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and responding to inquiries regarding vehicle purchases and applications
Document customer interactions and complete applications using various systems
Manage communication with customers through phone, email, and text, ensuring proper referrals to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; one year of customer service experience in a call center preferred
Experience in inside phone sales, telemarketing, or customer service within auto finance or car dealerships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required
