Experienced Property Manager

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a high-level Property Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. We're looking for a motivated leader ready to train under our senior leadership, learn our systems, and take charge of one of our multi-site apartment communities.

Your Role as an Experienced Property Manager

Lead, train, and develop on-site teams to meet company performance goals.

Drive accountability across leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.

Monitor and review property financials, budgets, and performance reports.

Cultivate a positive team culture focused on communication and results.

Motivate staff to achieve occupancy, renewal, and resident satisfaction goals.

Take initiative in solving challenges and improving daily operations.

Retain and apply company procedures and policies consistently.

You Bring :

Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required.

Proven leadership experience in property management.

Strong ability to manage different personalities and team dynamics.

Confident in reviewing financials, budgets, and performance metrics.

Reliable, proactive, and solutions-driven professional.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and training skills.

Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
