We are looking for a PPAP & Design Review Engineer with strong expertise in plastics, tooling, and injection molding to support global product launches. Key Responsibilities : Lead PPAP / APQP activities for plastic parts & tooling. Conduct design reviews ensuring manufacturability & compliance. Review injection molding tool design & mold flow analysis. Support tooling tryouts, FAIs & troubleshooting defects (warpage, sink, flash). Collaborate with suppliers on tool qualification & validation. Qualifications : Bachelors in Plastics / Polymer / Mechanical Engineering. 5–10 yrs exp. in plastics manufacturing, tooling, & injection molding. Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Familiar with CAD, GD&T & material selection.
