Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3+ years in quality engineering (automotive / manufacturing preferred). Strong skills in root cause analysis, problem solving, and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Six Sigma tools. Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic & international).
We're looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to support product launches, drive root cause analysis, and ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do :
- Support new product introductions (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans).
- Lead investigations into customer and internal quality issues.
- Act as an expert in metrology, GD&T, and testing standards.
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems.
- Collaborate across teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver solutions.
