Production Responsibilities :

• Remove cheese forms from brine to conveyor
• Monitor automated cheese extraction process
• Follow GMPs (good manufacturing practices) and company procedures
• Perform Bagging, scaling, labeling, and preparing cheese for shipping
• Place cheese black into air filled pouch
• Complete visual inspection of package
• Rinse and sanitize equipment throughout shift
• Ensure continuous flow of product and monitor proper positioning, spacing, sealing and labeling
• Set up, monitor and troubleshoot equipment
• Box and palletize product
