POSITION SUMMARY :

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing stock allocations as required in order to prevent shortages to customer sales orders. Allocations are based on business rules and customer prioritization provided by Sales and Demand & Supply Planning to reflect commercial strategies. This position collaborates with cross-functional business partners to align on actions to mitigate the out of stock risk, while managing customer expectations proactively. The role has a direct impact on the service to our customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Managing Demand

• Understands parameters that have an impact on the allocation process (such as ATP scope of Check, Sales Order Horizon, etc.) and manages the settings in cross-functional alignment
• Executes strategies from Operational Demand & Supply Review (OpsDSR) to ensure stock allocation based on business priorities and customer prioritization
• Leverages GLOBE functionalities to automate the allocation process to mitigate out of stock risk (e.g. Product Allocation Cockpit, Unavailable Product Check, Material Determinations / Substitutions etc.) in the following scenarios :
