We are seeking an experienced and organized SaaS Implementation Project Manager to lead our clients through the entire software implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role is critical in driving customer adoption and satisfaction, directly impacting long-term client retention and success, and laying the foundation for a strong, lasting partnership. You will act as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to be shared with clients and internal teams.
• Manage Project Lifecycle : Oversee all aspects of the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and building strong, trusted relationships.
• Resource Coordination : Coordinate internal resources, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them to management as needed.
• Drive Customer Success and Adoption : Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the implementation is aligned with their business goals to drive initial value. Proactively manage the client relationship to set them up for long-term success and reduce the risk of future churn.
• Client Enablement : Organize and facilitate client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful user adoption and a smooth transition to the customer success team.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and change logs.
