Free People Paid Social Coordinator

Role Summary

Free People is hiring a Paid Social Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Social Media Manager on the day-to-day management of Free People & FP Movement social media marketing programs including paid programs across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat & Reddit. This person will partner with cross-functional teams at Free People to understand the business and react to trends to drive top line revenue at a profitable ROAS. This position is also responsible for driving tactical strategies that align with brand goals and reporting on performance to greater Marketing teams..

Role Responsibilities

• Execute paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms
• Assist with campaign management and reporting across the global Free People program
• Be in-the-know of program performance and bring strategic optimizations to weekly team meeting
• Partner closely with Organic Social and Graphic Design teams to create and manage assets
• Work cross-functionally with Influencer and Organic Social teams to manage paid content programs
• Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing and Social Media teams on monthly campaign planning and execution
• Monitor the competitive landscape and keep the team informed on industry and platform news
• Partner closely with Digital Analytics team on reporting requests and test measurement
• Support new platform launches to further grow the channel
