Customer Service Representative

Scope of Work :

Joseph's is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service and satisfaction to consumers of Joseph's Bakery bread products. This individual will possess a high level of interpersonal skills, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to think ahead and prioritize tasks. Lead on intake and responses to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and chat via ZenDesk platform.
