Senior Director of Finance Automation

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Finance Transformation, Intelligent Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year automation strategy aligned with finance transformation goals

Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of RPA, ML, AI, and workflow platforms

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects and establish governance frameworks to track value realization

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience in finance-related software development or planning systems

Proven experience leading end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects leveraging RPA, ML, AI, and advanced workflow technologies

Transformational leader skilled at building high-performing teams in complex environments

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

Previous experience in a high-tech company automating various finance functions is required
