Pay Rate : $60-$70 / hr

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Retail Planning domains.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing or architecting Blue Yonder (JDA) Category Management solutions (including Assortment Optimization, Space Planning, and Planogram Generator).
• Deep understanding of retail merchandising processes , product hierarchy, assortment rationalization, and planogram execution.
• Strong knowledge of data integration , solution architecture , and system configuration in Blue Yonder environments.
• Proven track record in leading full lifecycle solution implementation projects .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across business and IT teams, translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Luminate platform (desirable).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Information Technology (preferred).
