Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care.

The position is designated for the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

This unit has 24 licensed beds and a staff of 41.

Staffing levels depend on patient acuity.

The patient-to-nurse ratios vary from 1 : 1 to 1 : 4.

The unit is equipped with Level 3 resources, including oscillators, vents, bubble CPAP, and central lines.

Experience with 23-weekers, ABG machines, pump feeds, and telemedicine is essential.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

Flexibility to work nights and days is required.

A team player who values patient experience and accountability is preferred.

Essential skills include performing procedures such as PIV insertions, medication administration, and blood draws (arterial, heel, and venous).
