We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our growing team! You will serve as the face of our company to support and educate our investment advisors.
Some of what you'll be doing :
- Support financial advisors by identifying and rectifying issues that are not in good order (NIGO)
- Partner with accommodator to register and process funds
- Issue client contracts and accounts
- Own the distribution process to investors
- Complete investor change forms
- Work with internal teams to process commissions to broker dealers
- Partner with banks and custodians for distribution of income
- Promote sales and marketing initiatives
What you'll bring to the table :
- Bachelor's degree, or in process of obtaining; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a high volume environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and high level accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints
