A mission-driven design-build firm serving communities across southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Project Superintendent to join their team based near Willow Street, PA. This is a key field leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality construction projects with minimal disruption to clientsmost of whom are mission-based organizations serving others.

What You'll Do as the Project Superintendent :

• Oversee all on-site operations, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
• Manage and update project schedules to keep everything on track
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout every stage of construction
• Enforce company safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Maintain detailed daily logs including progress reports, weather, labor hours, and jobsite activities
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to align on timelines and deliverables
