Job Description

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and timelines. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure all permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and completed as required. Foster a positive team environment and promote clear communication across all parties.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager should have :
