BayCare is looking for a dedicated team member to provide outstanding customer service. This full-time position is located in Largo, FL, with the potential for hybrid / remote work after training. The role requires onsite work from Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. The Patient Financial Representative II will handle patient accounting functions including billing, collections, customer service, and cash applications. They will also document patient account activity, respond to billing inquiries, post payments, implement billing guideline changes, and identify trends at a payer specific level. Team members must reside in Florida.

Specific skills required include customer service, administrative and clerical skills, organizational skills, knowledge of regulatory standards, medical terminology, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and computer skills appropriate to the position.
