A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on internal benefit administration solutions and facilitate vendor demos
Partner with clients and vendors for system implementations and updates
Manage EDI feed build-outs and resolve discrepancies with carriers
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
Valid Life and Health License (or obtained within 90 days)
1-3 years of experience in the Insurance / Employee Benefits industry; 3+ years preferred
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience required
Experience configuring benefit administration systems preferred
Familiarity with EDI feeds, carrier integrations, and payroll integrations
