Overview : TheDirector, Product Management(Cross Market strategy)willprovide leadership inthe development and execution of business strategy for the Company's product growth across multiple solutions / services.Contributinginputsinto financial forecasts and results,this rolewill transform business and market strategies into solutions for problems that are urgent, pervasive and that the market will pay to solve.This Directorwillownmarket research and infuse thought leadership across business unitsthatinvolve the provider sideand cross-functional teams throughout product development, launch, and ongoing service provision. In addition to the performance of such other services assigned or delegated by the Company, this Director ofPMwill communicate to key stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, and will engage with customers and business partners to understand new market needs, as well asdefineroadmaps, product requirements, operational standardsfor execution and sales.This personwill demonstrate technical expertise, as well as product management discipline, to bring cutting-edge solutions and assets to market, resulting in delighted customers and sustained growth.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range

$149,100 — $200,000 USD
