Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, receipts, and donor contributions
• Record and reconcile incoming payments, including grants, donations, and program revenue.
• Handle billing adjustments and resolve discrepancies related to receivables.
• Generate donor contribution statements and assist in preparing audit documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting and development teams to monitor pledged donations and recurring contributions.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in adherence to nonprofit regulations and policies.
• Provide detailed financial reports on receivable activity to management.
