What You Will Be Doing

Deliver high-quality, population-appropriate care in a 54-bed Emergency Department with specialized behavioral health areas and resuscitation rooms.

Perform bedside point-of-care testing and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assess patient readiness to learn and provide tailored education.

Prioritize and organize care based on patient / family needs.

Participate in performance improvement and cost-effective care initiatives.

Work night shifts, 36 hours / week, onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Skills You Need

Active RN license in North Carolina

BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Strong communication and critical thinking

Ability to assess complex patient needs and plan care accordingly
