This role is critical to driving the design, development, and execution of complex incentive compensation programs that align closely with our organizational strategy and sales performance objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution by developing scalable compensation models, enhancing analytics, and ensuring data integrity across compensation systems.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement complex incentive compensation models that support organizational goals, motivate sales behaviors, and drive sustainable business performance
Translate evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions for compensation analytics, reporting, and pay plan execution.
Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that support incentive calculations, territory alignments, and the seamless execution of compensation plans.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple internal and external data sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into compensation metrics, sales performance KPIs, and payout accuracy.
Support compensation audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Relevant Work Experience :
Proven experience in sales compensation strategy, incentive plan design, or related analytics roles.
Strong technical proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with low-code / no-code automation platforms and workflow orchestration.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

The anticipated salary range for this position :
$85,280.00 - $123,760.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
