WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

This full-time position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with an option to travel to our shops in Georgia and Pennsylvania

As a Trailer Technician Educator at Fleet Repair Solutions, you'll develop and implement training programs to equip our technicians with the skills they need to excel.

From hands-on demonstrations to ongoing support and guidance, you'll ensure that our team upholds the highest standards of quality and safety in trailer repair and maintenance.

Your dedication and leadership will drive our success and keep our clients' fleets running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR TRAVELING TRAILER EDUCATOR

• Experience in a training role within a trailer shop or similar
• Education experience, such as teaching, curriculum creation, etc.
• Proficiency in trailer repairs and maintenance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to upholding company standards of quality and safety
