We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales staff, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Calls and Demos : Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. Use persuasive communication skills to address prospect questions and objections, and highlight how the offering can meet their needs.
• Sales Pipeline Management : Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and progress with prospects. Prioritize leads and manage your time effectively to meet sales targets.
• Sales Negotiation and Closing : Employ strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and close deals. Understand prospect budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to navigate through the sales cycle and secure contracts.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and maintain a cohesive sales strategy.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve the sales approach and optimize the product offering.
