- Monday through Friday work week
- In-office hours of 8-5 every day

Maintain budget spreadsheets for service calls, upgrades, relocations, and new storesHandle service calls and follow-upProcess invoices for service callsManage third-party invoices and assist buyers as neededMonitor Store Planning emailsData entry and merging; maintaining records of equipmentSet up, organize, and maintain computer files and foldersFiling invoices, receipts, and other dataEfficient and accurate completion of paperworkFlexible to perform other duties as assignedRequirements include :
