Dermatology Consultants is a leading dermatology practice in central Virginia, with 75 years of successful operation. We are a privately held practice, solely physician owned with no involvement from private equity. With the recent retirement of two physicians, and the pending retirement of another, we are actively seeking to add a board certified dermatologist to join the practice and be on a fast-track to partnership.

We offer a flexible work schedule and with generous vacation / CME time. Patient demand is significant – our general dermatology clinic currently treats over 20,000 patients a year with hundreds of new patients added annually.

We are a comprehensive practice with general medical dermatology, nbUVB phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, contact dermatitis patch testing, and cosmetic services. The practice is fully integrated with the EMA Dermatology EMR system. Our clinic is a modern, freshly renovated 10,000 sf space located in a large medical office building in a very attractive part of town.  We have an exceptional leadership team and outstanding clinical and front-office staff. Our clinical team scribes and performs clinical administrative tasks, allowing providers complete focus on patient care.
