As a Senior Accountant for a portfolio of large-scale clean infrastructure projects, you’ll serve as the financial engine that keeps each initiative on track. You’ll translate data into decisions, ensuring that every dollar invested accelerates measurable impact.

What you’ll do :
End-to-end accounting : Manage A / P, A / R, payroll allocations, and general ledger activity for assigned projects; deliver timely and audit-ready monthly closes.Cash management : Review and reconcile project bank accounts; oversee disbursements and drawdowns aligned with project milestones to optimize liquidity.Audit & compliance : Coordinate internal and external audits, lender reporting, and compliance packages with precision and completeness.Payroll allocations : Process bi-weekly payroll allocations for project teams with accuracy and efficiency.Financial operations : Oversee journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain clean, accurate financials.Policy stewardship : Ensure alignment with GAAP, internal accounting standards, and contractual requirements across all project agreements.Requirements
What you’ll bring :
Experience : Minimum 3 years of accounting experience at consulting or public accounting firms ; experience in project, construction, or infrastructure environments.Certification : CPA (or currently pursuing) is required.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Systems : Strong proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems, plus advanced Excel and BI reporting skills.Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.Analytical mindset : Strong attention to detail with the ability to separate signal from noise under deadline.Collaboration : Trusted partner across engineering, development, and operations teams.Execution : Excellent organization and time management; able to handle multiple projects without missing a deadline.How success will be measured (first 6-12 months)
