Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-time)

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. This role will focus on processing and managing vendor payments in Bill.com, accurately coding transactions, and ensuring compliance with our corporate credit card policy through Ramp. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Accounts Payable Processing :

Manage and process vendor invoices in Bill.com, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

Monitor corporate credit card activity in Ramp to ensure transactions comply with company policy.

Maintain up-to-date vendor profiles, including W-9 and ACH information.

Note : This role will be part time, approximately 20-25 hours a week.

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The hourly rate for this role will be $25-$32 per hour.  When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
