Job Summary :
Bronx and Banco looking for a Head of Sales who can expand ourclient database and establish new Retailer relationships while managing our existing accounts. The candidate must have proven sales experience in luxuryapparel, have establishedrelationships with National & International department stores. Must be able to identify opportunities and market trends and have strong strategic, analytical and decision-making abilities.
Role Overview :
- Develop or managerelationships with clients
- Have strong knowledge of European / US market
- Meet sales revenue targets / review sales reports / MDA agreements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations with department stores
- Follow up meetings / sales monitoring
- Reorders strategy
- Mentor team members and teach improved processes to enhance sales teams accomplishments
- Gather marketplace information on pricing, products, merchandising techniques, and delivery schedule to better monitor competition
- Working with off-price retailers for excess stock
Qualifications :
Minimum of five years experience in wholesale and business-to business salesBachelors degree or higherPrevious experience working with in the US / European / UK marketExisting relationships with US and international department storesHave a consultative sales approachStrong background and understanding in customer service principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPersonal Attributes :
