Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, manage team performance, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Manage capital budgets, justify investments, coordinate equipment installations, and ensure vendor projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues, implement cost-saving measures, and enhance safety through training and resource allocation.
- Establish and monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies to support efficient maintenance and engineering operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or plant operations within a manufacturing environment2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teamsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial automationFamiliarity with process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and engineering documentationSalary : $100K - $125K
