Benefits We Offer

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm (30-minute lunch). On-call rotation : one evening per week on one weekend per month. Technicians are dispatched from home, with a required weekly team meeting on Wednesdays at 7 : 15 am.

Pay Scale : starting $25 / h and up, depending on experience + spiffs program

Position Summary : Provide expert service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
