Senior Operations Processor
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor within Commercial Banking Operations group as part of Wholesale Operations. In this role, you will :
- Support management in the day-to-day supervision of less experienced team providing guidance, and resolution to issues contributing to overall effectiveness of team
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Operations group
- Perform or guide others on complex escalated issues that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Prioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship to team
- Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff
- Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teams
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Serve as a resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policies
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications :
Experience reviewing banking transactionsKnowledge in Financial services, fraud, investigations, Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money launderingExperience with research system tools such as Infolease, ISM, etc.Ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of dataAbility to train and lead othersKnowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding USA PATRIOT ActGeneral knowledge of entity formation verification documentsProven ability to display a willingness to learn new policies, procedures and processesStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsGood analytical skills including analyzing complex dataAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentCapability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationAptitude to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantCompetency to handle confidential material in a professional mannerPotential to achieve high production and quality standardsJob Expectations :
