Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide prehensive therapy services to students within a K-12 school setting as well as in home environments. This position offers a contract for the full school year and is located in Queens Village, NY. The role requires a dedicated professional who can assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student mobility, function, and participation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across all K-12 grade levels.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Provide therapy in both the school and home settings to ensure consistent support.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in pliance with regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
