Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or paid social performance marketing
Proven experience in conceptualizing and directing high-performing UGC ads
Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and short-form video culture
Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with creator economy platforms and basic video editing knowledge is a plus
